It is situated in india house near A1 hospital, nehru nagar, civil lines, agra I went to this restaurant with my family and we got bad quality of food in terms of access of spices and very oily.
Food And Presentation
Food and presentation of this restaurant was very poor I went with my family to this restaurant for the occassion of my birthday celebration treat we went to this restaurant carrying lot of hopes with us regarding the good food quality but we got the worst quality of food , we ordered dum aloo, paneer butter masala, shahi paneer, daal makahani, mix vegetable, raita, butter roti, butter naan , sweet lassi, gulab jamun and after eating the food we got realised that we came the wrong place for good food and we got worst quality of dishes interms of access of spices in dishes and very oily dishes. Shahi paneer was very sweet.
Ambience
Ambience of this restaurant is good from outside but from inside it was very dirty, we found no proper cleaning in the bathroom and it was very stinking with the bad smell, dust had been seen on the table, no proper wiping of cutleries and crockeries because some stains were visible in the glass and spoons. So it was all over unhygienic restaurant.
Customer Service
Customer service of this restaurant was very poor, there were some waiters in the restaurant who were taking care of customer table but no one were giving us the attention and no one offered the drinking water on the table before giving the order, it was the first manner of taking care to the cuatomers.
Value For Money
In the last I would mention that this restaurant shows highly reputed from outside but the story from inside is totally different means totally worst quality based restaurant in terms of food quality and services, I paid Rs 160 for dum aloo, Rs 200 for paneer butter masala, Rs 220 for shahi paneer, Rs 200 for daal makhani, Rs 160 for mix vegetable, Rs 100 for per bowl of raita, Rs 40 per butter roti, Rs 60 per butter naan, Rs 80 for per sweet lassi and Rs 95 for per plate of gulab jamun ( 02) and after paying this, I realised that my money went to the dustbin due to the bad quality of food.
