Me along with my family and a few relatives together planned a trip and stayed for three nights in February.
Good things - The views of the Greenery and the Sea are amazing. The available rooms are pretty good.
Things that we didn't liked - Some of the Staff people need to learn basic English skills, making communication usually difficult. They do not wear any name Badges or uniform at times making it a lot difficult to recognize the right person to talk to.
People were unfriendly, cold and ever request looked like too much of an effort for them. No greetig from their side ever.
Overall the staff lacked a lot of skills and things, we have to wait for ordered food for hours and terrible room service.The Reception of hotel very tidy and not kept properly. The pool have broken tiles and dangerous in nature.
It is one of the poor places to spend the time at such an location of the country.
