Have been using UBER cabs in Bhubaneswar for the last 6 months.Completely dissatisfied with their strategy and behaviour.Initially a trip to Cuttack from my house used to cost around Rs.249. Then they increased it to Rs.299 flat and now it is around Rs.350.
Further they have absurd dynamic charges.Just imagine a ride of Rs100 can suddenly cost anywhere between Rs.150 to Rs.300 although the cost remains same for the driver.
Another problem is that some drivers ask us to cancel after 15 to 20 mins of booking.They simply wont turn up and when you call they will ask you to cancel.Uber would then charge Rs.50 for cancellation.Raised a complaint but was not refunded Rs.50.
Overall a very bad experience.
