I booked a cab from Parrys corner to Nalur and cab booking was confirmed @ 10.30 a.m and the driver name is Sugumar
He called me after booking regarding the pick up point and duration of the meeting point
after 5 minutes we found a cab with the vehicle number and we placed in the card by the driver
Driver asked me that where is the destination we showed our mobile which is booked and which is clearly mentioned about the destination.
Driver Replied that " am sorry please get down from the car since this destination area cannot be travel.
Am speaking with a driver that we have booked, then how come you are saying that this cannot be done. how it is possible for which driver replied that speak with the customer care.
1.I tried the customer care which is very busy.
2.And your driver informed me to cancel the ride and get down from the car
3.It was a middle of the road with a very hot climate and am with my spouse and a small kid, immediately am get down from the car at that time uber customer care was traceable and as well as I need to go to one important function which is getting a delay so I quit.
My Queries are as follows
Point no 1: If certain out of cities which could not be travel means then why your uber apps are getting accepting the booking confirmation.
Point no 2: Why don't the driver couldn't able to see the destination when he got the first information after booking and immediately contact neither me regarding cancellation or like will not go like that information nor contacting the uber office regarding this trip how come this trip was possible
Point no 3: I didn't get any other cab after this cancellation and there is no bus reached to that place. Finally, I paid Rs.800 to auto and gone that place where I supposed to go that place @ 11.00 but I gone after all the frustration and this incident reached @ 12.30 p.m finally function was completed and all my relatives have had a very big fight and
there was a very big quarrel and high misunderstanding happened between our joint family due to this miscommunication issue between uber office and uber driver.
Final Query
A major mistake is the uber app that for accepting the out of station single trip and not showing me any notification that cant travel this destination and simply cab was booked
Second mistake: Driver didn't ask me about the destination on the first call itself and not in the second call also. He is only confirming after we get in the car with a kid and family
Third Mistake: Driver supposed to speak to your office regarding this issue and he never turned up me that why the cab was booked
Fourth Mistake: you charged me 210 rs amount in the uber app for the travel which is not done. However, I didn't aishwaryasingh23 the money. But maybe this will be the outstanding and negative impact on my uber app like I did the mistake. There is no mistake anything from my side and not even the single mistake and also one more thing that I didn't fight or quarrel with the driver I checked out very smoothly.
I need justification for this and need to compensate for this. Please call me @ 8754491078
