I just booked uber cab in mumbai city, but driver of cab come late and also hanged his service because poor network of internet, a few km I did not getting where I am and where I am going, because Uber app Displaying me that cab reaching in 5 min but sadly I am already in cab. so I think uber has to improve his app service and provide his own Internet network to all cabs for better service.
actually the cab driver is totally based on map so its very unhelpful. because he was already in confutation and take taken car outside the road because of Uber App system down.
the cab Driver is in new in Mumbai to its not know the places in Mumbai.
by booking this cab I was almost reach 1 hour late. so poor in travel Convenience
and don't hire this cab if the driver is new.
