Worst Experience...!!!. Review on Uber Cabs

Hello friends, my name is Sourav Roy from West Bengal.

Today I shall going to share some of my experiences and a huge problem of Uber Cabs.

It's my 5th time with Uber and all of the journeys are really worst.

I have faced some big problems or issues about this cabs and it will help you to know more about this cabs.

I am starting my review with the very recent booking on Uber. I booked a cab from Kolkata Airport Gate to Uttarpara Station. The booking was confirmed in my app and I called the driver to tell my exact location. It was around 11am in the morning.

After the cab came the driver met me and asked for the destination, and as soon as he saw the place, he completely refused me to go their. He said that he can not go to this destination and also he excused me that he can't return from this destination.

After the worst, idiotic sentences of the driver I just got angry on him and I refused to quarrel with him and let him go in his way.

And the help line of Uber I mean the customer care line of this site is always busy and a useless thing. I wasted my time and I picked a bus from Their.

Now I have some Problems or issues which should be figure out as soon as possible.

1) Atfirst I would like to asked the Uber Team why we always tolerate this type of idiotic and useless problems in every time. Why you are not seeing the main problem in your cabs and why this type of drivers are booked in your online services andsolve this harass people soo much. You should take care of this problems as soon as possible.

2) It is my query to Uber Cabs that why your drivers can not see the destination as soon as I booked and select himand called him. If the drivers see the destination then there willnothing to say for the drivers, there will no excuses at all.

3) And the last one but not list, it is quite personal that my elder sister travelled in this cabs and felt quite Un Safe in this cabs, why this happens with us and with our family, why you do not figure out the problem and not take strict stape for them.

This were my main points or problems about this cabs. Kindly take care this problems and solve this problems as soon as possible.
