I feel this review is:
Uber offered a promotional free first ride as a new user. The app gave a promotional code. We wanted a cab to drop my parents and todler to yelahanka bangalore from sarjapur road. The Uber cab driver called and when I informed him about the promo code he flatly denied the route to yelahanka and decined the ride? Now I was without a ride and owed Uber Rs 50 for cab cancellation. Furious I raised a compliant on the App. As expected no response from Uber. .Surely I was taken on a Free ride. Folks stay away from Uber.just like their current CEO they surely are in a messy business.
