Hello everyone, I will share with you my personal experience about the Uber taxi service. The drivers are not at all professional drivers and somtimes they don't the area from where the journey is tobbe started, so we have to call them and tell the route of our place. Also the cars or taxi are not maintained properly are some cars especially in mini and micro category creates a lot of sound from the engine.
AVAILABILITY - I usually prefer ola and tabcab for taxi service but one day I thought of travelling by uber and when I opened its app there were only two taxi available in my area at that two at a distance of 25-30 mins.
TOUR GUIDE - The drivers are very unprofessional and uber should not use such drivers.
SERVICE - The service needs to be improved especially the training of the drivers.
