Today I am going to review about the taxi service company, UBER cabs.
We all know that UBER has made its presence among millions of customers in India.
But since I moved to kolkata, I have noticed that its service is not like what requires for a cab service.
Some cons are below:
Puntuality is weak
Charge is much higher than other cabs
Drivers always deny to pick up even if they are in the range within 7 kms
Unlike other cabs, the professionalism is not upto the mark.
The services have not been extended to all parts of the city though it launced in the city many years ago.
Above opinions are maked as cons based on my overall experience with UBER cabs.
