I am sure I would be repeating a lot of songs mentioned by others and mentioned by me in the earlier reviews, but am hoping that few of the songs I really like and start liking recently would come into this list. So read ahead. Am going to make it quite random and really listing down the songs as they come to my mind, and these are in no definite order. Am not describing the songs in much detail and not am I putting in lyrics cos it would make the review very long. Hope you enjoy it.

My List

1.Living on the Edge - Aerosmith

I love this band immensely and love almost all their numbers. This song left a mark on me, with its subtle message and the wonderful video. Great track.

2.Yesterday - Beatles

I really don't like all the songs by beatles but there are couple of exceptions and this is one of them.

3.Can't Stop Loving You - Van Halen

Probably this is one of the very few Van Halen songs that I like. My favorite lines from this one is'There is a time and place for everything, everyone, you can push with all your might and nothings gonna come, nothings gonna change'.

4.Motherless Child - Eric Clapton

I can feel the pain in the song and its rendered beautifully, by one of my favorite artists. Good one.

5.River of Dreams - Billy Joel

I feel that he is bit underrated, he is quite good actually. Who have not heard songs like Piano Man, We didn't start the fire. River of dreams has some unique quality to it which makes me want to listen to it again and again.

6.Forever Young - Bob Dylan

Now, I place the song on a pedestal along with like of Imagine by John Lennon. Great message in this song.

7.Beat It - Micheal Jackson

The first English artist I listened to was MJ, when I was 15 years old. And Beat It was the first song I fell in love with.

8.The Time of My Life - Bill Medley and Jennifer Warnes

I stole the Soundtrack of Dirty Dancing from my cousin and I love this song not only because its great, but cos it the act of stealing the Tape changed my life in many ways, will tell you guys about it sometime. Great Track.

9.Smoke On Water - Deep Purple

I liked this song and feel in deep love with it when I was in Bangalore for a year or so. Used to be played regularly at Guzzlers where is used to spend some of my evenings. No Description is required for this song

10.From a Distance - Bette Midler

Another Cassette that I got when I was quite young, and I happened to like this song very much because of the powerful lyrics in this one. I still like it, I guess.

11.Imagine - John Lennon

Probably the best song ever, I wanted to avoid this one, but couldn't. Its even there on my profile now. What else to say?

12.Soul Cages - Sting

Sting is one of my fav artists, He is ever so serious and have got lot of terrific numbers, I like this one a lot. I use to spend countless hours trying to decipher the meaning of the song, I think I got it now, or did I?

13.With out Without You - U2

U2 is one of the most awesome rock acts ever. Did you see them perform live at Boston in HBO? This is a great track and one of my favorites.

14.Hand in My Pocket - Alanis Morisette

She is one of the most promising artists in the fray now and I love her songs. This is one of my favorites.

15.Riders on the Storm - Doors

Riders on the storm, Into this house we're born, Into this world we're thrown. My favorite'anthem'.

16.Kashmir -  Led Zeppelin

Hey, have you listened to this track, its awesome, better then Black Dog, do check it out if you haven't done so far.

17.Horse with no Name - America

I have just one CD of America, and that was America's greatest hits, featuring songs like You Can Do Magic, but my personal favorite from them is this one.

18. When Doves Cry - Prince

Yeah, its the same guy who create the hit'Sexy M.F'. Man, this song is nothing like Sexy MF and it happens to be a good one. Check it out.

19. Bohemian Rhapsody - Queen

This is probably one of the greatest songs by one of my favorite bands, its have some quality to it when makes it everlasting.

20. Black Magic Woman - Santana

His skills with the guitar are probably unparalleled and its another song which cling to me because of Bangalore. A very good track.

So guys and gals, this is my top 20 list as it came to my mind in a very random order. Made sure I didn't repeat any of the songs I listed in previous reviews, these are'great' tracks according to me. And hey, post a comment on this one if possible.
