Good riding comfort. Review on TVS Victor 125 GLX

TVS Victor GLX I have purchased on 18 Nov. 2004. I got this bike after a unexpected waiting of 15 days. At first I have got little irritated because of this waiting but once I came to know that the waiting is because of very much high demand and company also is unable to fulfil the demand easily, I satisfied myself that I didn't choose a wrong one.

Really this is a good Indian product I would suggest to anybody. Company has promised the mileage of 60 kmpl Which is moreover correct. In the traffic like Bangalore I had received a mileage of 58 kmpl for first 3-4 months and little reduced to 55 for next 2 months. in last 3 months that is constant between 50-52. It might seem funny that the mileage is reducing but it is sure that if you ride in the speed range of 40-45, u will definitely get better mileage. Because of adverse traffic conditions in recent 3-4 months I needed to drive in the speed range of 20-60 with large speed variance hence I feel less mileage.

This bike should be get admired for very good riding comfort. I am riding 30-35 KM daily but still I don't feel any type of stress/back/neck/shoulder pain etc. Shock absorbers are also of good quality.

Pickup is powerful. Grace and asthetics are also very attractive.

Haan, but this is little bulky bike. Hence is not advisible for the persons who have low physique. For normal and heavy physique, no problems at all.

Regarding starting, u may have to start with choke (but in 1 kick) once in morning but won't feel trouble throughout the day (1 kick starting). Firing is smooth. Lights, brakes are as per need.

In conclusion it can be said that ''It's a right choice B(aby)ike''
