Few months back we have purchased this scooter for daily use and the purchase has turned out to be worst purchase of my life. the scooter is made of very poor quality it is not suitable for rough and tough use. the material of scooter is of very light quality as compared to other scooters in the market. the engine of scooter sounds very heavy and there is a leakage of oil from the engine I have also raised this issue with company but has failed to resolve my issue and now whenever I call them reject my call. as per my experience the service & support of company is very poor.
even the scooter is not suitable for long distance travelling due to its poor comfort level. so whenever I travel for long distance the scooter gives me back pain and hip pain due to its hard leather seat so the comfort level of scooter is very poor and this disappointed me very much. the boot space of scooter is also very poor as compared to other scooters in the market.
company claims that scooter gives mileage of 55-60 kmpl but in reality scooter gives me mileage of just 30-35 kmpl only which is very unsatisfactory. other than this the road grip of scooter is also very poor. scooter is not suitable for travelling in rainy days or on wet road conditions because due to poor road grip scooter slips very much. the road grip of scooter has disappointed me very much. the brakes of scooter are also very hard they are not easy to press as well. I also want to appeal the company to focus more on engine of scooter.
overall this scooter has disappointed me very much as per my experience this scooter is not reliable for long term use and this scooter has no value for money due to its poor quality and poor service of company as well. at last I would not recommend this scooter to anyone as this is a total wastage of money.
