Like first part of Tum Bin it's second part is also musically rich and crates a vibe by its music. Teri Fariyad by late Jagjit Singh Ji is again reused in this part and its truly the soul of the album. Ishq mubarak by Arijit ji is completely worth listening. Although ever song of this album is beautiful so it's really difficult to rank them but in my opinion:
Best Song: Teri Fariya
Second: Dekh Lena
Third: Ishq Mubarak
So if you haven't listen to it yet, go listen it and I am sure you'll love these songs.
