I feel this review is:
As we decided to have a tour to Chennai so we had given contract to this operator as our travel guide. This operator used to be very popular in our area.The cost he took was too high. As the picture he showed and what are plans were good. The manager promised to give every facilities. During our tour the services it provided was not good. Also the photos he showed were not matching at all. The food was not good and hotel rooms were really bad. Also the tour operator don't have refund policy so we have to suffer here. Also the vehicles he provided was not good. I suggest not to have any tour with this operator as it is not a good one.
