They are cheating with us!!!. Review on Tuli Imperial, Nagpur

The tuli imperial is a very famous hotel in nagpur, and the service and facilities are good but I didn't got the facilities. I was think I will get good service in tuli imperial but I was wrong, the guest service is very poor and not good at all, I am totally disappointed with it.

I ordered some chicken wing that day at night because I visited late at night and I was too hungry but the chicken came very late and the presentation was good but the taste was not good the chicken was overcooked and the taste and smells little burned.

So I told the waiter that the chicken is over cooked but he was not believing and then I said OK you go, That night I ate it but I was not satisfied with the food. In morning again the same happened, I order coffee and some breakfast but again the coffee was some burnt, the milk in the coffee was burned too.

I complained the manager that the coffee is burned and smells weird but the manager started given me some tips and said the coffee we make is very hard and effective and some people think that the coffee is burned.

I am sure that the coffee is burned but they were not believing. I cannot do any thing about that.  So I can just warn you that the food is not good but the service is very good and the waiters are polite in talk and are very polite.

The rooms are very well furnished and the looks are very good and the beds are very soft. The hotel is very expensive and the value we get is very less than we pay.
