Buying a property at TVH Patio

I enquired many people for their suggestions and reviews about buying a property, and then I purchased an apartment in TVH Patio, Coimbatore. All the internal specifications like vitrified and ceramic tiles, granite slabs etc. are as was committed, and the quality is fine. I even didn’t have much time to waste in loan formalities, so I told them to handle all of it.

I trusted this builder as it was ISO certified but still faced some problem in getting the documentation completed, reminded them all of it about 3-4 times as I booked it almost around a month ago since then but when I received those documents, they were authorized and original. I even verified it with one of my very close friend who is into real estate business. I had put into it all of what I had so was in a huge dilemma, but as of now it feels sorted.
