True balance is one of the trending application which was started as Refer & Earn money and which is able to see the mobile balance in the systemetic way. Then the company started accepting regular online mobile recharges and which made easy for all customers to get there aditional balalnce with the existing balalnce.
Why fake balance?
It doesnt mean they are not giving balance but actually my case was different which made company worst for me.
Because Truebalalnce started accepting Jio recharges recently and also it attracted me to see cashback for every recharge. There was recharge offer that was 608 Jio recharge for that 68 cashback. Yes I recharged with it on 30/06/2017 and got suddenly cashback what they have promised.
But why dislike?
Dislike because I have not yet recieved the recharge and in true balance it shows successful. Reason is Jio has declined the recharge due to tecnical issue. So I have not recieved the recharge. I mailed true balance 30 times and there reply will be your all recharges are successful. I also told by mail atleast call me to ressolve the issue but no reply from there end.
The reason is Truebalalnce dont have proper management system of recharge and also they dont have idea how to work it.
So my conclusion of my review is please dont ever do online recharge unless you trust. My always prefernce is Paytm, Freecharge, Mobilwik, Phonepe, Jio.
I lost my 608 but no problem other customers should not loose it. So just say No to Truebalance for online recharge
