The place is very close to busiest part of Rishikesh.I always stay at any of Omkaranand, so I am close to Triveni Ghat.
You can park your vehicle nearby but I would suggest to park it in Muni ki Reti( Authorised Parking) and take tempo, those are very easily available.
By using this public transport you can have a feel being local for a while.
I am a food traveler, so I have one more reason for not driving to this destination, I want to have either dinner or some other delicacies at Rajasthani restaurant(complete review later). At Rajasthani you would not find parking place, so I take auto till Triveni Ghat.
I felt really sorry the way more and more concrete structures in the name of temples, are built, it was not required.( Its harmful for environment as well).
Though it was nice to see that ghat/ bank has been given nice finished looked and made it safer by constructing pathway for morning/evening walkers.
You can have calm time over here, or you can be part of some religious activities running. In evening, daily, Ma Gangas Artist takes place.
I always find a special connect with Ma Ganga, so I just sit here, live some really blessed moments, then leave for worldly pleasures.
The USP of place is it doesn't bother you to pretend any thing.
E.g. You are a gang person I mean you love to enjoy in group or you love to be with yourself, you love rituals or not at all of that type. You are in for a great time.
