This was my worst bus and travel portal experience ever, I have booked the bus from Delhi to Bareilly on 27th Feb 2018 from travelyaari.com in the name of Suman Pandey.
They cost me around 800rs, Ticket No 3331718577584 PNR 121810166-2198610 including there so called TYSURE from travelyaari.com, where they refund double of the amount paid in case of the bus is canceled.
Now when I reached at EDM mall near Indian Oil petrol pump Anand Vihar Delhi I have found no bus there and called several times to the bus operator to locate where should I reach for boarding they give me another number to call another bus conductor, anyways I reached to my bus.
After 5 mins one of the bus staff members came to me and said this bus in cancelled I called the customer support at 12:00 AM and someone called Mahesh picked the call, he was also unaware of the fact that bus was cancelled, he took me on conference with bus operator for no result bus was confirmed cancelled.
In few min, I receive a call from bus operator that you can go with another bus and we will drop you in Rampur 65 away from Bareilly what a joke. I have told him I have to go Bareilly not Rampur please arrange the bus to Bareilly otherwise refund my money, he said ok we will process your refund soon.
I come back home and call the customer support in the morning to know the status of my refund they said bus operator mentioned that customer refused to board on another bus that’s why we are not processing the refund.
I don’t know whom should I contact because travelyaari.com is the worst customer support system and they have no clue how to handle these kinds of cheats.
