Worst Travel agents - Trips to Nature / Trips & Treks, owned by Debabrata(Mobile – 9733210395) and Sunil JHA Branch Manager -(90647 03312) are big fraudsters, who ruined our family trip to Darjeeling & Sikkim miserably by their pathetic service and threatened us every day.

This Company must be removed from Travel Triangle agency, because of their miserable service, poor communication and management skills. Sunil JHA, is the worst Customer Service manager and must be brought to task for ruining our holiday trip, causing havoc every day.

Literally, every day our sight-seeing started only post lunch, due to driver non-availability and when enquired with the driver, we came to know that the Drivers were not paid by Trips n Treks & hence the delay. At Darjeeling, Pelling & Kalimpong, we literally did not see any sightseeing places, since Trips to Nature / Trips & Treks, didn’t make any proper arrangements. With 2 kids - 7 months infant & 5 years old son, we were left stranded in the street, because of lack of hotel accommodation till 12 midnight. Sunil JHA, had the audacity to inform, this was our problem after getting all our money in advance. No proper food, unhygienic places to stay and everyday put us through mental harassment and tortured us by their stupendous services. These are useless travel agents. NEVER SIGN UP with Trips to Nature / TRIPS N TREKS. After careful planning for nearly months & paying advances 3 weeks ahead of our travel, this Useless Company “Trips to Nature/ Trips & Treks - Fraudsters” had literally ruined our vacation.
