I have been working in Trans GNX HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for over 3 years.
I was told to work from home in April 2020. The company has not released 50% of my March 2020 salary.
The HR Head Ms. Devi sent me a mail stating that the management will release the balance salary after lockdown. Today is 16th January 2021 and I have not yet received the balance salary. The company has cheated me.
Mail by HR head Ms. Devi goes as follows -
"Dear All, FYI. This is to announce to you that the remaining salary for April 2020 will be released post-lock-down. Since the expected payment is not received from our client end we are forced to do this. April 2020 salary will be released as per the work from the home agreement. We regret this inevitable situation and hope you will co-operate with us."
The work from home agreement states that they will issue 40% of our salary and what I received was just peanuts. This was also paid only till June. After that, they have not paid me any money.
Now when I visit my office I find that they have simply shut and vanished into thin air. The HR head Devi doesn't take the calls nor is Mr. Gopal Asrani(Service Delivery Manager) who was my floor head. I don't understand how a company can simply shut and disappear without intimation to employees.
My career is at stake. I do not know what to do. Am I still an employee of Trans GNX HR Solutions or should I start looking for a job because they have not sent me a mail nor have I been issued an experience letter?
I cannot withdraw my Provident Fund as my Payslip does not mention my PF account number. The company has cheated me completely.
Mr. Karthik Shetty, Mr. Balaji Shetty, Mr. Gopal Asrani who form the management team are 100% Fraudulent characters. They have not only ruined my career but all my teammates also.
I understand from my friends that the company has started employing Freelance HR Executives who work on a commission basis i.e. fewer monies as compared to me.
The management has ulterior motives and that's the reason for suddenly shutting the office and running away into thin air. Trans GNX HR Solutions has never paid us the salary on time.
I wish to warn all Freelancer HR Recruiters who have joined that they will also suffer from the same situation. The management will say that their candidate has not joined even after joining and will avoid giving payments to them. Such is the working of Trans GNX HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
I request mouthshut.com to change the name from Trans GNX Career Solutions to Trans GNX HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as this is the correct name of the company. You can visit https://trasngnx.com to verify the same.
I also request Cognizant(CTS), Standard Chartered, Avaya Soft Chennai to break the contract with Trans GNX HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for cheating so many employees and shutting the office without intimation, and spoiling the career of me and my teammates.
I wish to use MouthShut as a platform to tell Cognizant, Standard Chartered Bank, Avaya Soft, and other companies who have contracts with them that they are working with Freelancer HR Executives and they will not get quality candidates.
I have attached the screenshot of the mail sent by my HR Head Ms. Devi where she has committed to issuing the balance salary after lockdown. I think the lockdown hasn't ended for Trans GNX HR Solutions.
I understand that the MD of Trans GNX HR Solutions who has cheated over 25+ employees Karthik Shetty has started operating from his home located at APT Villa, Grace Court, Station View Road, Kodambakkam, Chennai - 600035 and providing similar HR services. This is as per the address available updated by him in Google.
Request all Employers and people looking our for jobs not to approach this Fraud person and get cheated like me. Please do not get cheated by the number of positive reviews, as those days are gone and now they are just nothing!
When I posted a similar review in their Google Account, he just says that they do not have any employee by my name and there are no records available. Such is the treatment meted out to a person who has served in Trans GNX HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for over 3 years. They are such frauds that they can go to any extent of even deleting our past work history from their books!
Recently he told one our colleagues that he has cheated so many people in his life, what will happen to me? If this is the behaviour of Karthik Shetty, I believe the Almighty will take care of him and give the required punishment when his time comes.
