I AM SATISFIED WITH THE RESOLUTION PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY & WITHDRAWING MY COMPLAINT.

One call to their call centre at Bangalore inquiring about the product & I was flooded with calls & sms’s from Mr.Danish & Mr.Ankit to convince me to buy this product…. Even offering to negotiate with the dealer on my behalf…….I realized their interest only later.

Purchased 2 units from their dealer Varindra Refrigeration on 6th April 16 only when Mr.Ankit of Trane assured me about the quality of the product & the capacity of the dealer in getting the unit installed even though I wanted the Trane’s team to do the installation & had even expressed my apprehension about the efficiency of the dealer’s team.

Mr.Ankit gave personal guarantee that the installation will be done by company trained team and the company will be responsible for any deficiency. Mr.Danish even gave me in writing that the model selected(1.5 ton SAC Inverter Hot & Cold) is tested to work even at 52 degrees.

Product was installed by so called company trained, appointed & recommended dealer’s jokers on 6th April who not only removed a few parts from the indoor units, they even messed up the installation …….one outdoor unit is dangling dangerously from my fourth floor balcony(as the jokers did not even bolt the units) & both the indoor units dangling without any support with all spares tampered with. They even took away the tampered spare parts without our knowledge.

Immediately this was complained to their customer care call centre at Bangalore & followed up with multiple mails which only resulted in two of their engineers(Mr.Balyogender & Mr.Sandeep) visiting the site on different occasions who prepared reports supporting my claim of faulty & unsafe installation.
