Most worst customer service ever. These people do not have a call center for customer support. we bought 2 pendrives from the website some how we got charged twice for the products. First thing then we realised is that there are no contact numbers. then we mail them the details we got a auto reply saying that we will be attended in 5 days and its now a Month.
We even tried to reach ibibo.com which I guess is another bull s**t. tradus.in is a sibling site of ibibo. we tried to call ibibo numbers and asked for tradus. the idiots over there in the call center just diverted the calls to their reception the moment they heard Tradus from our mouths. and no one answered the call after that..
After about 15 attempts. We tried to stop the call center guys and asked him not to divert and asked him the details and those fools only suggested to communicate by mails, for which we were not getting any response..
