My Sub-Order ID is 13031444_01. I have ordered a saree from Tradus which is pathetic. I wanted to return it back and get a refund. There was no customer service no to contact them. Finally I got a got a contact no and email id which is 'amaresh.mallik@tradus.com.'
He doesn't pick up the call nor does he respond to mails. He was taking care of my product as per the seller. In the site they had the CEOS email id which is not working. Very poor service. Never ever buy anything from Tradus. My humble request.
