I was looking for a Sofa cum Air bed and I stumbled upon this site as there were discounts. On Flipkart, Amazon they were quite expensive. I was quite excited upon receiving the product. But after I pumped the sofa with air, very soon it got deflated. There were no contact details of the seller. I then contacted their customer support and provided their address. The courier service centre was far away from my home so I had to carry it myself and the size of the product was huge. They should have provided with pick-up from home facility.
On another occasion, I had ordered a Jackly screwdriver set and the case was same. I had received a defective product, some of the screws were missing and the handle was broken. I had to face lot of trouble.
I think Tradus should conduct a quality check on sellers as they are sending defective and used products. They have lost competiton now from Flipkart, Amazon and their site is outdated now. They do not even have a proper mobile app. Overall my experience was disappointing.
