An Absolute Fraud Company. Review on Tradeindia

We purchased their services 3-4 years back. After payment, repeated mental harassment by their team was done. We had to explain our issues to 4-5 people but none of them were ready to solve even basic issues like changes in catalog and stuff. But after repeated problems we had to loose the money paid.

Now after so long their representative named Singh Ji called and assured of great services. He requested to give them another chance and said he will personally guarantee that top quality services with links for products will be provided.

He talked to us for more than 1 he and assured of top quality services. We, on a genuine note, decided to give the person a chance.

And honestly speaking, you would stop believing in genuiness in businesses after hearing the truth, the person followed morning and evening for payment and we paid thinking that other person is good, may be he will deliver on his promise, unlike last rime by tradeindia.

And as of today, its been 10 days we have paid the money, and the person doesn't pick our call (don't even imagine that he will follow up). We are calling the person twice a day but he doesn't pickup the calls and doesn't have the professionalism to appoint someone else in his place if he is not available or not interested.

This is a horror that we are currently facing and behaviour like his has tainted images of good people as well, aa we will never be able to trust anyone else much and might never be able to give a second chance to any one else in business ever.

Also, just to bring attention to another truth, we had requested the person to provide tax invoice for more than 3-4 times as we have paid GST, but the p rson has not given a proper tax invoice till date. It's been 10 days since we have paid the amount and he was liable to to raise the invoice the day we made payment. I don't know much about it but it looks like they are hiding taxes or something, otherwise I don't see why someone would giving a proper tax invoice for the services they are offering.

I, overall as a human being feel so small by defrauded due to giving a nicely talking person a second chance in business.

I don't know if stakeholders in the company have any knowledge about what's going on in the company with the customers???
