Trackon fourier service is one of the worst courier service.I had a very bad experience woth the trackon courier service.I am sharing my own exprrience .I had bought a shirt and the seller sends it through trackon.At that point I thought trackon is a good service and I will not face any problem tegardung my parcel but I was wrong.My parcel has reached the destination city after 2 days and they kept my parcel for almost 5 days.I checked my courier dtatus at a regular basis and was confused that why they are not delivering when they recieved the parcel.And when I call them they said that there is no other order from your region and we will deliver it after 2 days.So I was so disappointed that if there is no any other order for 1 week these guys will keep my order for 1 week.I just complaint about this through e mail and then someone from trackon service call me to verify my address.I told him the exact address and the delivery boy said we dont deliver there you had to pick it from a place near my house.I agreed and went there the delivery boy said that he is alreay there and when I went there I had to wait for 15-20 minutes for his arrival.
I am very disappointed with the service of trackon
