I was charged for door-to-door service and the receiver got a call that the pickup would be from our office, which is 7 kilometers away from the client's office. Send parcel urgently, client visits their area, nobody picks up the call where they have to reach. The next day, without any updates or calls, they return the parcel without any confirmation, and with customer care, they are not responding properly. We want you to be aware, so please be aware. It shouldn't be someone else's set, so guys please be aware of Trackon's service. I had a very bad experience with customer care and bad service.
