Let me start off with the story of how I managed to buy this vehicle.....

When my dad came to visit me in dubai he fell in love with the Previa and so wanted to import it to india. we have been trying to do this for a pretty long time but thanks to Toyota I didnt have to go through the whole big process!

The Innova to start with is a very BIG vehicle for the Indian roads. I drove the vehicle in a pretty small city with moderate traffic and it was tough to handle.....god save the people driving it in big cities and in conjested areas !!!

The Interior: The interior for the 'V' variant is better than what I expected. the central console looks something like that of the LEXUS RX300. the wooden finishlooks neat. the car comes with an effective dual air con. the two seats in the centre are very comfy( I can actually fold my legs and sit on the seat).the last row seat is decently comfortable for two but three kids or small people will be okay. The gear is very stiff ( I mean it !). when I first drove the vehicle I felt like shifting the gear of one of those RTC buses in india....hee hee hee. An automatic version in the higher end models will be very good.

The Exterior: Well this is not my favourite part about the car. the headlamps look a bit wierd thanks to the dark patches on the top edges. the rear looks okay. overall the car looks like a little bigger version of the Corolla Stationwagon( the GCC version). The darker colors dont look very appealing on the car but the silver looks the best.

The Drive: The car is very good for long family drives and trips. stability of the vehicle is not very great. it jerks pretty much in the last seat.

And I have to mention about the dealer I got the car from. we ordered the car and got the delivery only after my dad yelled (literally) at the Manager !!!

Overall I think the car is a good replacement for the Qualis. the lower models also are comfortable....the only difference being that the centre row gets a single seat instead of the two individual seats.
