My car Toyota Corolla H1 (8 years old) run 58,000 k.m. has a problem with the suspension (severe rattling noise) on bumpers or speedbreakers or potholes since over 1 year now. I have repaired by car already 4 times with Shinrai Toyota (Worli, Mumbai), spending nearly 30,000 but problem is not corrected. Every time they take a test drive and insist everything is ok despite my protests and send me home with assurances. However, I have compared my suspension with three different friends Corollas of different ages and mine is horrible. I requested Toyota to have my car repaired by another dealer at Shinrai's cost to no avail. I have lost all faith with Shinrai of doing a satisfactory repair and cannot afford to make endless visits to them since I am a working person. I am also open to any independent (impartial) engineer of Toyota inspecting my car but this request went unheeded. If my car's suspension cannot be repaired satisfactorily, I will be forced to sell it, NEVER to buy a Toyota again in my life. It would be a pity because there is no other problem with the car and it is running smoothly except for the suspension.
