I had purchased a Eveready rechargeable battery set. There were two products of the same brand on inquiring the sales person said that this will work fine, however when I bought it home I found that it could only charge only 2 small batteries (AAA) and when I took the same prod with the bill back to the store they said that they could not replace the prod as they don"t have once which could charge all with the 4 small batteries (AAA). I spoke to a manager (Anand) he was helpless and he gave me an option to purchase anything within 10 day. This is called forced purchase!
I am disappointed that when I asked for Anand"s supervisor to escalated this issue, for which I waited for 15 min and I get a response that noting could be done. How rude could that be. I wanted to know who is that customer service manager who is so busy not to meet a customer help solve his issues.
POOR SERVICE AND INEFFICIENT STAFF!!! Learn from your mistakes or you never grow....
