We were a regular customer to TOTAL for years since they started and the customer service of the billing staffs are going down very poor day by day . They dont bill and remove the tags properly. They don't even put the items in the bag, but want the customer themselves to do it.
We once purchased a hand bag, but they didn't remove the tag properly. When we went to total, taking the hand bag, the created a big scene as if we lifted the handbag. Why are the customers have to suffer for their employees mistake. They question us for the tags and ask us to give the bill and give us a proof of bag being billed or not. I had billed the bag along with other items for about Rs 4000/- and the bag is just rs 400/- by CARD payment and I told them to check it out with their bills record and they took the card n then each n every higher officer or staff came one by one and asking me the same thing.
This was just bugging and standing in the godown giving answers was a torture . BEWARE OF BILLING GUYS , they are worse than local workers , the placement dept / HR DEPT must be an uneducated ones who does not know how to recruit any worker and train them before exposing to the customer.
I would not recommend any body going to total Mall and am sure everyone who visited TOTAL MALL would ve faced an issue with these bloodies.
