You are walking on the MG road. just keep walking after getting a success on parking your vehicle, doing window shopping, sometime shopping ...you don't even notice when you pass by Toon's ...
It is exactly opposite to The Bombay house. then why not visible so quickly..becacuse it is in basement..
While you enter you face a shop first and left side a door , opening which you find a sound running to your ears and first you feel like going away. but don't ..if you hardly bother the ambience while having drinks. and also if you like loud music and TV - matches in front of you having glass of your fav. drink in hand..wow --it is great place for the bachelors.. yes. girls too do come and smoke/drink freely here. which is not new now anyway. Drinks are at reasonable price.
The place is small..but it is always crowded ..so get in early to spend some nice time ahead..There is bouncer to control you so you need to behave ! and yes. you get food too...well, this is place not much for food but for dirnks..So you get food which can accompany drinks. few Chinese dishes, sandwich, burgers are great I think..
Service is okay--not bad..A couple of Hong Kong guys roam around as waiters..as they can sometimes hear what you are saying because of the load music. You can give music recommendations also.
