King of selling faulty products. Review on Togofogo

Hi Friends, I would like to share a review on this new online selling website Togofogo.com which mostly sells refurbished phone. Since I was a huge fan of the Nokia N73 model(Discontinued model), I decided to place an order from this website which was offering a refurbished phone for Rs.1280/- . I placed an order for a Black N73 phone in June 2017 and order number was TO1706150428 cash on delivery. The phone was delivered on 15/06/2017. I had ordered a black phone but I got a red and white coloured N73 phone. The Number 2 button on the keypad was not working, there was not earphones and the charger provided was a falt pin charger(plug used in Gulf countries). I have written several emails to them about this order but they have carelessly chosen not to ignore this issue. I am attaching the picture of my phone and the order for you people to refer to. The product was delivered on time but the product itself was a wrong and a faulty product. Their apps and websites look very appealing but I think, they just cannot stay in this business if they continue with such bad service. I would personally not trust them after this only horrible shopping experience with togofogo.com
