Now a days, internet has become a basic part of our life and its essential for everyone to have an account to receive important updates and notifications from their work place, bank and family, friends and relatives.

But in cyber world, there is always a risk of losing access to your account and personal details. So here are my tips to keep you protected from the Hackers

( 1) Never put passwords that are too easy to guess like. abcdef, 123456, etc

( 2) Never share your username and password with strangers.

( 3) Choose a security question that only you know. Like name of your best childhood friend.and if you think you might forget it, then note it down on a paper and put it in a safe place.

( 4) Link your phone number to the account, so that in case of a mishappening, you can recover your password through your phone. Moreover, you can link a secondary account to your primary account for maximum protection.

( 5) Do not click on any ad that you see on the internet. Thay might track your activities and personal data.

( 6) To ensure that the webpage you open in secure, look at its URL, if it starts with https that means its secure. Otherwise if its http, it is not secure. Although the chances are rare that it would take away your data, unless you get redirectes to a.phishing page. Its better to be on the safe side. So while you log in to a webpage, make sure the url is HTTPS.
