A person may be said Obese if his body contain high amount of fat content. If a person is obese his heart may get chocked with fat and finally there is a chance of heart attack.


Reasons for Obesity: .Eating junk food like burger, pizza, oily fried food etc. .If a person does no physical work and spends whole day lazily. . genetic-Some person eat less but also they go obese day by day this may be due to his gene. .eating more fats like cheese, butter ghee.


Natural way to cure obesity: - .Avoid eating junk and fried food.Eat boiled food, green vegetables this helps to reduce your fat content. .Dont eat much fat like cheese butter etc. .Drink plenty of water this will balance your metabolism and cut your fats. .Go for morning and evening walk. Walking or running will burn your calorie and your fat content will gradully decrease. Never depend on medicines to lose your weight this are fake techniques and may risk your life also.
