Obesity is one of the leading problems in the world. The bad thing about obesity is that it gives rise to many other problems like abnormal blood pressures ( Hypertension) , heart attack which might even lead to death.
My tips for controlling obesity:
( 1) Do not ever eat fried food. They contain high amounts of fats which are harmful for our body.
( 2) Only connsume good fats which are essential for our body. Like omega-3. It is found in fishes and flaxseeds.
( 3) Avoid oily food as much as possible. IT contains bad fat which eventaully gives rise to increased cholestrol levels AND Heart related problems.
( 4) Never eat anything that contains hydrogenated oils. They contain saturated fats which are known for increasing the cholestrol levels which often leads to heart problems.
( 5) Whenever you buy a sealed pack product, go to the description and check for the Saturated fat content.
( 6) Always cook in vegetable oils. Olive oil is the best.
( 7) Avoid sugars as much as you can.Sugars contain high calories which can lead to obesity.
( 8) To limit your sugar consumtion, eat sugar free products. Biscuits like Marie gold have no cholestrol and trans fat.
