Hi Everyone,
I'm going to highlight some points which can guide you in keeping your hairs and body attractive.
Let's discuss.
1) To keep your hairs strong and healthy you should not use shampoo and hair conditioner on daily basis.
2) Don't use brush/comb on your hairs when they are wet because it can make your hair follicles weak.
3) To get your body in shape and to maintain your skin and hairs healthy you should do yoga or workout at least 30 minutes a day.
4) Workout leads to detoxication and it makes your overall personality attractive within 2 months if you are doing it on continuous basis.
5) Stop junk food completely and keep distance from alcohol and cigarettes. Start consuming fruits and green vegetables. Include beans and oats in your diet which will provide you lustrous hairs and glowing skin.
