I am an indian by birth and for me the chance to write anything on india come easily because being an indian there comes the chance to know in the end INDIAN FOOD IS THE BEST FOR ALL AGES AND FOR ALL TIME TO COME AND ANYWHERE ON EARTH INDIANS LOVE ONLY INDIANS COOKED FOOD.


Indians cook according to their mood and situation and ofcourse there is economy also.


Indian food is the only economically possible to cook here I start with the poor who cherish poverty and in silence and peacefully eat what ever they have.


1 There is just rice and nothing else, what to do.


The poor worker has bought one kg of rice, one kg of rice when cooked can serve for at least


ten persons at home and if they are very hungry it can serve minimum 7 persons.


WHAT NEXT.


The white rice has been cooked in a large vessel and all the family memebers are watching the sweet smell of the cooked rice and their hunger is real and though there is no vegetables to add and no rasam or even no sides they can cook, still they can eat if they can make it only watery type rice.


HOW.


They just add enough salt and take raw chillies and get served.


WILL IT QUENCH THE HUNGER.


Ofcourse when one is despeartely poor and hungry even just one kg of rice that cost 25 rupees medium grade ofcourse and the family really can enjoy watertype salt mixed rice bath.


I have seen this most of the workers at the start of their wages paid and later.


Yes as the wages accumalate they increase to add vegetables placed inside the rice being cooked or if they have time separately cook alu, potato, chillies and hudnreds of dif types of vegetabels avaible in the market.


INDIAN FOOD IS LADDER LIKE.


Those who perform festivals they really cook dif type of indian food for the festivals and enjoy.


Let me make a list of indian food from breakfast to dinner to sweets.


1 Rice with combination of varities of spiecy iteams.


2 Wheat flour with dif type of combination from poori to chapati to stuffed roti to dry roti to


tens of roti types.


3 UPPITTU this is made by the rawa of wheat flour and when wheat flour which is rough and small grained is most suitable for tasty uppittu.


4 Alu and peas and ofcourse cauliflower combination is mouth watering sides.


5 india has 115 crores population that means variety is spread and taste in millions.


6 one need to make out how enjoyable indian food starting from kashmir to kanyakumari at least


one may get tastes in the homes of tens of thousands.


WHY INDIAN FOOD IS THE BEST ACCORDING TO ME.


TASTE.


Indians love the factor of TASTE nd next is nutrition, ofcourse when you make cooked food the most important factor is proteins is life saver, but this protein factor is neglected and for decades I have observed even the rich is poor in buying protein rich food, Dal is the best to give us suplment of this nutrition that saves our health.


WHAT TO ADVICE ON INDIAN FOOD.


When a guest comes to our home, it is very important to know what is his choice, some may not like very hot, or very sweet food, some may like POORIS and what is the use if you make parota.


DONT THINK YOURS IS THE BEST RECIEPE.


You may be too good in cooking very tasty food, but most relatives love ordinary food, special iteams make their face feel hurt and have to laugh and smile even though have not relished the food.


SOUTH INDIANS MUST MAKE DOSA OR IDLY THAT IS ENOUGH FOR NORTH INDIANS.


South indians can make best masala dosa, idlies of many sizes and rasam and sambar is too tasty add with idliies.


COCONUT CHUTNEY MAKE IT PURE DONT ADD TOO MUCH FLOUR.


South indians add too much of flour with coconut and thus it is saving of coconut but taste is too bad to eat.


JAMUN MAKES MOUTH WATERING.


Jamoon is a round sized or carrot shaped in small size, when it is dipped in sugar syrup make our mouth water so much, when the guest comes give them at least five to six.Most or so KANJOOS THEY GIVE JUST ONE PIECE.


NORTH INDIANS LOVE SOUTH JAMOONS.


Why they conservative in this regard I dont know.when you can make the best jamoons make it in dozens to be eaten by the guest.THE JAMOON HAS NO SUBSTITUTE TO SWEETS lunch time ofcourse.


RICE PALAV WITH PEAS PEAS A LOT.


When rice is cooked with peas in abundant quantity, this peas palav is so good, mouth waters so heavily one will gulp in eating like a animal.


when the guest want to eat in your house, the best is to give them fast food, the food you eat most of the time, that has got some kind of aroma.


MIDDLE CLASS HAVE THE MOST LOVELY SMELL IN THEIR KITCHEN.


I must say the smell in a middle class family kitchen it has got that smell, it is so divine to feel and eat even if it is less lighted, and the furntiure may be sitting on the floor, but they give a feel to enjoy eating along with the host.


INDIAN FOOD CANT BE DESCRIBED IN ONE PAGE.


Indians mean a kind of people who make the guests, relatives feel at home.


THERE IS NOTHING LIKE TO COMPARE INDIANS AND THEIR FOOD AND KITCHEN.


indians are indians when it comes to sharing food and talking.


just observe, do you like to eat out or in the homes of your visiting relatives.


Each indian love to eat in known peoples house, my idea and suggestion to any MS friends is just give me that simple food, that is rice with rasam, it means a lot to me.

I feel this idea of mouthshut food mela where it will be seminar on indian food and each member can


present their idea, method of cooking and suggest how to improve the taste, aroma and quality.


WE CAN BEAT CHINESE BUT WE HAVE NO TIME TO DISCUSS.


The habbit of me the best should leave our mind and try to do and outbeat chinese food iteams.There is lot of scope to add indian taste along with chinese, it will be so delicious it will become INTERNATIONAL TASTE.


We indians can make in billions if only we join our mind and heart to improve the quality.


WE HAVE HISTORY OF THOUSANDS OF YEARS IN THE BEST INDIAN FOOD.

In india food is not that way made to make money but since lots of tourists will pour and rich can afford new tastes that has mix with chinese, contienental to indian will be too mouth watering.
