Interview is one of the important phase or step in getting a job and its a last step to get a job. In campus interviews firstly there is aptitude paper, and then group discussion and lastly comes job interview. There can be two interviews . firstly technical interview and second HR interview.
First of all make a good Resume . It affects your personality. Dress well in formal clothes. clean shave for boys.
And one advice some wear tie for interview. but if dont manage it properly then dont wear it.
Answer every questions clearly and with confidence. your voice should be loud enough to easily audible to interviewers.
Please talk about any personal problems if you have any. they are not interested in it.Good Body language is must, so control your gestures and use it wisely. and display positive body language. And yes always maintain eye contacts.
Before going to interview search the internet for the important repeating questions of interview. like tell me about yourself. why will we hire you.This type of questions are coming in every interview. so be prepare for you.
Lastly believe in yourself. control your nerves. and be confident.
