Well I will tell you some tips on cooking great health food with taste as well if you are a gym guy then you can try a protien based lunch.


You will need 6 egg whites scramble them well and use non stick pan


1 chopped onion


2 seasoning according to your taste


3 eggs


4 milk


Put your pan on medium heat and make sure your pan should be well oiled


Now put ur scrambled eggs and onion and then mix it well now put half cup milk and mix it well now put seasoning according to your taste and that's it your scrambled egg dish is ready in 5 minutes
