Here I am sharing some tips about ayurvedic medicine to live long healthy life. I have heard about this in my book but never tried there medicine. But after got knowledge about how Ayurvedic is good to cure our health issues by its method.


It is important that we should know about it. In this I will say what I have learned about ayurvedic medicine. First we have to know what is Ayurvedic and why we should adopt it?


Ayurvedic medicine is the oldest tradition and method that healing people in India. It is the holistic medicine. If we hear about ayurveda we mean it promote health and prevent illness. In Ayurved they believe that everyone is made of five elements: space, air, fire, water and earth. The elements are integral for 3 doshas.


Scrape your tongue.


Cleaning your tongue is very important because it has multiple grooves that Harbor bacteria after a long time after your last meal. It gives that breath has a problem. So you need to grab your tongue after few minutes of here meal. That will prevent bacteria produce.


Eating salty & sweet food


As per Ayurvedic medicine eating salty in old days are normal. When winter falls Ayurvedic medicine suggest we should get salty and sweet foods. That will keep us warm inside our body and outside also.


Give yourself a oil massage.


This is very important therapy that will help you in various way like it promote muscle recovery, undo muscle knots, lubricate joints. It reduce our stress and give a relax. It is a best way to keep moisturizer to our skin.


Eat in peace.


It is also a good thing that we showed eat in peacefully, we don't love disturbance. Eating in a peaceful environment it helps in digestion. The food will better digest.


Spend some time in outer.


Don't be surrounded by a boundary. Go outside do some Lady workout running or play can do active yourself. You should go in morning come over sunlight it will give you vitamin D that is essential for your skin.

Wake up and drink water in morning.


Why it is important because when you are in sleep the mind does it basic task while you are sleeping so in this process lots of energy has lost and it needs to be hydrate. First thing that you should do when you will wake up drink water properly. Don't drink cold water.
