Friends, let me share my experience with you. After my graduation when I was about to search for jobs, some of my wellwishers told me to go online. I sat with my PC and tried to search. It was not so easy to search for perfect jobs which are suitable to my profile.

I had to go through some difficulties but I'd love to put a few suggestions for you all:::::

1) Make a list of the job sites available online:::

Go to google.com or any other search engine to fine such sites which offer jobs online. You can take ideas from other people who search for job sites regularly. Personally I think jobsahead.com, naukri.com, timesjobs.com, monster.com..etc these are some of the good ones. Try to jot down the names on a piece of paper to make your work easier.

2) Do a detailed but quick survey:::

Make a proper survey on those sites, such as, what kind of jobs they generally offer...what are the places...major companies..etc. This will surely help you to find the most suitable options for yourself.

3) Write a proper CV for each job:::

You must have made a very good CV but could you send that to all the companies? No. You should make changes in your CV according to the company, job-profile and places where you will be applying for.

4) Do not forget to change your objective a little:::

As different companies need different kind of CV, the objective of your CV should match the job-profile. Keeping the basic facts same, you can change that paragraph with the help of extra few words or a couple of sentences.

5) You must keep a separate e-mail id for this:::

While you are applying jobs online, you should have an official e-mail id which can be used only for this purpose. Your personal mail account and jobs' account should better differ from each other. It will help you sorting your online jobs.

6) Start with one by one:::

Please do not jump into all the sites together. Take one after another and search for jobs. If you search randomly from various sites together, you might not be able to keep the track.

7) Choose the right key words:::

A proper search in any search engine needs THE RIGHT KEY WORDS. Key words are such golden words which can show you magic. Search engines work according to your wish only if you can provide them the exact key words. Thus, you should know which are the right key words for your kind of job search.

8) Now, start searching:::

Start your search. Whatever job you find online, think whether it is suitable for you or not. Then apply there. Send your CV.

9) Keep a track:::

I know you always keep a track wherever you apply. But if anyone doesn't do so, I'd suggest him/her to do it. It is very very important.

10) Do check mails regularly:::

You never know when opportunity knocks at your doorstep. So, check your e-mail regularly. Who knows when you get an interview call?

Internet has made our task easier. These days even employers search online. So,it is upto you how you will present yourself in the job market and the top employers will grab you!! Happy searching and ALL THE BEST!

Heyy friends,

If anyone get any help from these tips, do let me know. Even if you need more info do let me know that,too.
