http://www.timtata.com started well professionally a couple of years ago. Initially, they did well to honour their orders. However, since the last one year, they have started defaulting on a regular basis. It is really amazing that the company shifted base from NOIDA to Kolkata to Dehradun just to keep its existence. In the meantime, they have discredited themselves on possible aspects of professional relationship.
I would like to mention two of my orders facing the heat:
First, Order # 10211660 dt, 10th March, 2012 was never shipped. I could get back my money more than a month after placement of order only after a lot of haggling.
The second Order #10383504 placed on 10th January, 2013 with a Delivery Schedule of 2 to 3 working days, has remained at "Awaiting Shipment" status for the last three weeks.
No complaint can be lodged on their website and e-mails do not get any response other than a standard/ default one with absolutely no information. If you call them on their phone number, you get "ASSURANCES" without any commitment. This time, I am not able to even reach these people on phone properly. I just don't know whether and if yes, when I will get the product or my money back.
It is really stressful to place any order with these people, irrespective of however lucrative their product catalog and pricing may look. I seek help from all others who are in a similar fray to launch a tirade against this company and drag them to appropriate appellate authorities, so that their nefarious activity ends once for all.
