My Name is Anil Kumar Panda, I have placed an order in Timtara on 23-06-2012 having order id : 10276636.
I have ordered Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V Mobile Phone. Before placing the order I got confirmation from Timtara customer care that order would be delivered Max with in 15 working days.
After that, I followed up so many times, but did not get any response from timtara side.
When ever I call to customer care they says that back end team will call you or send u an email.
But it is disgusting that I did not get any response and till status is AWAITING SHIPMENT.
Now it is 35 working days over, yesterday I have checked all the reviews from many web sites, and I talked with some of customer who faced same problem what I am facing. I got their numbers from so many web sites.
like mouthsut, consumer court, grahakseva.
1 days ago I have talked with customer care representative for half an hour, they are not in position to give any proper status to us.
I am also my complaint register in a National Consumer Helpline. My Docket No. is 398411017312. They tell me first you send them a legal notice. So I send a legal notice to its corporate head office. Which is reach there on dated 1.8.2012. But they did not response till now. I think timtara was cheating with me. And timtara.com is a fraud web site.
