Worst Wi-Fi ever in the world. Review on Tikona WiBro

This is the worst WiFi which I have ever seen in my life they cheated you they give you promises then there WiFi will be not cut even the worst condition and they give you cheap rates and lots of data like 20 MBPS in 900 to 800 rupees so any person can take this which don't know what the Tikona but after you please that WiFi in your home after installation of 3 to 4 days your wife I will stop working and when you call the customer service support that didn't pick up your call and when you call your operator which install your WiFi Tikona the also don't pick up your phone so don't take this Wi-Fi they will give the false promises and then they cheat you now I am using my Airtel broadband and it is very good and 20 MBPS in thousand rupees but it's good so the connection reliability of this WiFi is not good even worse and the Internet speed is also work if you use your plan of 10 MBPS the speed will be 2 to 3 MBPS of browsing downloading speed only 1 MBPS what is the use of the Tikona WiFi when you can't fulfill your name according to you so I really don't like it if there is an option of giving 0 star or negative star I will give them negative star but there is no option my bad luck.! xd
