Tikona WIBro is one of the worst thieving Internet provider I have ever used. I just wanted an Internet connection while I was on my stay to Mumbai for the purpose of of my work and wanted an Internet connection for my everyday office purpose.
The Internet connection was ok and I was getting a good speed and was getting my work done regularly and I had no major complaints as I didn't use to that much and it was all good and I had paid already 4000 for it for one month of fast Internet connection and I was not expecting any Internet connection for the next month and I was expecting them to terminate the connection at the 28th of the month.
I used the network and went back to my home and I get a letter from them one day in my mail that I have not paid them the money of amount 4000.I called them and they said that you have to pay for the next month bills. I said I haven't used it and already told them I just needed it for one month.
They said I had not called them to terminate connection before 1st of the month so I have to pay. I denied to which they send court order in my next mail and I had to pay to get rid of all that troubles.
Tikona WIBro is one of the most cheater Internet service provider and they don't care about customer at all and take money by the wrongful means and practices.
I will never recommend it to anyone. Even having a bad experience at BSNL also I'll say BSNL is still better than Tikona WIBro. Not recommended at all.
