I was using Tikona services in Pune for almost a year, it was good service, but the problem started when I relocated to wakad area from kharadi. I mailed to customer care for relocation on 19th apr 2013.after two weeks technician came and said he can't install as there is no connectivity in this area. Then he took all the equipment and informed that he will update the head office that connection was not installed. But he asked me to inform the same to customer care on the same day. I informed to customer care on the same day.


Then I got called from Tikona that my bill is overdue and I have to pay bills. I received this call on 09th may 2013. Then I mailed the scanned copy of the receipt which technician gave to me. Even after mailing and calling to customer care almost 50 times, they are calling again and asking me to to pay the bill. When I asked why the bill is generated when there is no connection, he said innocently sir we are not like other ISP, and our mail server is not monitored, you have to call customer care to get the connection cancelled.


It seems to me that nobody in monitoring the mails in tikona team and when the technician submitted the equipment why the bill is still generated.


Please think 100 times if you want to go for tikona.
