I booked 4 flight tickets through Thrillophilia. The flights got cancelled and it’s more than a month now, I still have not got a single penny back. On top of it I had to pay 3 times more fare to book a new flight.
When I reach the customer contact provided to me, they started shouting at me lately. Very unprofessional people. They have no coordination between the ground staff and these customer contacts provided.
Having your money due and having these unprofessional people being shouting at me is such a harrowing experience. I don’t think anyone wants to go through this again. Beware of these fraudsters
