Starting from initial:

I was searching for a good platform travel consultancy for organising my Dubai trip, so I scrutinized a lot, and finally I decided to deal with Thrillophilia as I heard about them a lot previously.

Mr Danish Akhtar, destination expert from Thrillophilia, consult me initially, I gave him the details about my plans, days, date of journey, property we required and all required details. He then organised all of our requirements and finally he created a very nice 8 days 7 nights Dubai and Abu Dhabi itinerary. We discussed many times in between and then with few negotiation, finally I cracked the offer deal that Thrillophilia provides.

After providing all the documents required for my visa process, and paying the required initial amount, my visa process comes under proceedings.

Payment process is very simple and secured in Thrillophilia. They provide a link to pay the payment, and just by paying that link and providing the details, payment can be made in a minute and in very secured manner. I paid my complete payment in 4 parts. Thrillophilia also doesn't pay any pressure on the clients for payments.

They don't call you or ask you everytime for payments, as that is sometimes very annoying.

After cracking the detail and proceedings my visa process, Miss Akanksha Digwani, my trip point of contact from Thrillophilia, contacted with me regarding my trip.

She managed my trip completely. She explained me about the activities we had planned, she brief me about the transfers, their timings, Dubai customs and rituals, attires to wear, weather, activity vouchers, hotel voucher and everything what was required to us for our upcoming trip.

Visa process was so smooth from their side. We can easily receive our Dubai visa soon from these operators.

Finally, before the starting of our trip, I received my hotel vouchers and all the activities vouchers on my mobile, that was very clear and easy to understand. You don't require the printouts of activities vouchers. You should carry the hotel voucher copy in ur hand.

Then I got a call from Mr.Souvik ji, he was operation tour manager, or I can say our Dubai tour operator. He called me and briefed me about all the details of my journey. He briefs me about the tour operator agency, private transfers, cab number, driver contact number. Mr Souvik assist me for all my activities and transfers throughout the journey. He managed very well for all my transfers. I received very nice, very comfortable cabs, well experienced drivers come City guides

Thrillophilia makes a what's app group and add you and tour operator and others who were and will be assisting you during your journey. We get all the details about the driver, cab, timings and everything about the journey on the previous day in that group.

I feel that Thrillophilia made my family trip completely memorable with lots of fun, entertainment and smiles.

There was a time that due to much rush, my tickets for an activity of MUSEUM OF FUTURE were cancelled, and so Akansha ji and team had also returned my amount that was charged for particular activity.

Pros

Thrillophilia is best ticketing platform for your all journeys either domestic or international.

They manage your journey and organise your trip very well.

They are well experienced in customising your journey, planning and implementing in a way that you need.

CONS

Dubai in winter days is complete of tourists and jam packed, and there are less good tour operators, so timings of taxi and cab management should be done in more proper ways.
